We were meant to stay here for only 2 days but we ran into unexpected issues with our vehicle so we stayed longer. We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to stay at. Check in was smooth! Breakfast was ALWAYS something we made it down for! Ms. Debra always had everything warm, stocked and ready for all the hotel guests to enjoy. It’s not easy feeding a big group of people and we were very grateful for her dedication! The staff who maintained the rooms did amazing jobs everyday I saw them! Ms. Veronica did such an incredible job, I thought we walked into the wrong room for a second. Everyone we came across, every staff member we interacted with, had amazing attitudes towards us and our two dogs! Thank you to every single staff member who worked there during our stay! You made our very stressful situation, a little easier to manage. We couldn’t be more grateful for yall
The rooms need to be remodeled. There are lots of maintenance issues in the rooms, head boards need replacement, carpet, tile, light fitures, loose shower handle in bath tub, missing towel bar & toliet paper holders, loose toliet, dirty exhaust fan in ceiling, but the room was clean, there was plenty of hot water & great pressure & the air conditioner worked very well. I found the room phone under the night stand but it didn't have a dial tone. Over all this La Quinta is far better than the one we stayed in, in Tupelo Mississippi. It was very bad.
We stayed here during a road trip at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hattiesburg. The person at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and he was very accommodating. Rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfy. Breakfast had standard options, and the hotel is conveniently located. Definitely recommend it for a hassle-free stay in Hattiesburg
I failed to get the name of the gentleman who got me checked in but he had a great personality and was very friendly. Facilities were nice and clean and met our expectations. Ms Angela, who assisted with our very early check-out, was so sweet and friendly. She even asked if we would like some fresh coffee that was almost finished brewing to help kick start our long drive back home as well as some fruit or muffins since we were leaving so early and would miss out on the hot breakfast. She didn’t have to offer any of these items but was gracious enough to do so and it was much appreciated. She truly made our short stay even better and look forward to seeing her again during future stays.
Check-in went smoothly. The staff were very welcoming and professional. Our room was cozy and clean (A+) with a firm bed and pillows (A+) for me. Also very spacious. The room did have a foul odor and didn't pass my dust test. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Although more fresh fruit could be offered other than just oranges. Overall we enjoyed our stay and yes we'll definitely stay again.
Easy check in online. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Could use an additional pillow on each bed though. We had three but you can never go wrong with four! Didn’t get to enjoy breakfast since we left so early but it smelled delicious! Thank you for the great stay we appreciate it.
The staff were pleasant. The room was fine but a knob on the dresser was hanging off. The tub could have been caulked better. But the rest of the room was nice. We only stayed one day on a traveling stop and it was a good price and fine hot breakfast. I would stay here again.
Me and my family are traveling from Texas, and we wanted to stop to get some rest before continuing our journey, so we decided to stay at this hotel. As soon as we walked in we noticed how clean this place was. Joshua, the front desk clerk had an amazing attitude and great vibe, he helped us book our room. We mentioned we didn't want to be around pets because we wanted a quiet room, and he got us a room away from all pets so we could have uninterrupted rest. I had completely forgotten about my Wyndham points, but Joshua helped me recover my platinum account. Great staff, and very clean hotel, I recommend this hotel 100%
